concept

Cookeat it’s a new kitchen concept, a project arised from the collaboration between Arch. Tomassini Francesco, the starred Chef Lucio Pompili and the company Pedini.

The key element of the entire project is the kitchen and its central role, kitchen as a meeting place where to talk, share and even teach and learn.

Food nowadays is an attractive issue, it brings us back to appreciate the culinary art, the products knowledge and quality and it allows us to make them worthwhile. Food as a national identity is what the Italian culture is about. Cookeat is the place where a meal shared together becomes a convivial moment, a table which is moreover a kitchen. With Cookeat every commensal has a leading role in the culinary process, invited to a journey beyond five senses through the paths of pleasure our land can offer.

Cookeat was created with a modular structure, suiting the needs of Chef Pompili whose opinion is that the kitchen must be a flexible tool, able to be used both in restaurants and in itinerant events.

Experience the excitement of a tailor-made kitchen! Cookeat can be shortened, extended and customised according to the requirements of customers. You can modify the work top portion, white goods, bases, finishings; everything in a simple way, and even in the home version.

Two prototypes have been created and launched in locations affine to the kitchen peculiarities: the first one, conceived to be moved around, carried and used in itinerant events, has made the scene in December 2013 at Eataly Rome with the attendance of Chef Pompili.

Chef Pompili launched Cookeat with his dear friend and estimated colleague, multiple starred chef, Moreno Cedroni, to present his dishes and share them with the audience; an experience that achieved a great success for both the idea and and the project itself.
